By using Servera services provided by , you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you use our services for business purposes. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Servera provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services including Linux and Windows VPS instances, network connectivity, and related technical support. Service specifications are as described on our pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Multi-accounting is prohibited unless explicitly approved by our support team in advance. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You are required to provide and keep your account information accurate and up to date, including but not limited to your full name, email address, phone number, physical address, and country. Servera may request verification of this information at any time. If you refuse or fail to complete such verification within 48 hours, your account may be suspended.
Services are billed in advance according to the selected billing period (monthly, 6-month, 12-month, or 24-month). Prices are listed in EUR excluding VAT, which is applied based on your country and customer type.
Our uptime commitment and compensation terms are defined in our separate SLA document.
Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in service suspension or termination. In case of Terms of Service violations, refunds are not available.
You understand that IP-based geolocation relies on third-party databases and may occasionally be inaccurate. Servera does not manage these databases and cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party geolocation records.
Servera guarantees that the location you select for your service is the physical location of the server infrastructure hosting that service.
Servera's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We will never automatically charge funds from your linked card or bank account unless you have given explicit consent or you have initiated that action.
The ISO connection feature must not be used as additional disk storage. Any ISO connection must not remain attached for more than 6 hours.
In case of abuse of this option, Servera may restrict or disable the ISO connection feature for the affected service or account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
