By using Servera services provided by , you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Servera provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services including Linux and Windows VPS instances, network connectivity, and related technical support. Service specifications are as described on our pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Services are billed in advance according to the selected billing period (monthly, 6-month, 12-month, or 24-month). Prices are listed in EUR excluding VAT, which is applied based on your country and customer type.
Our uptime commitment and compensation terms are defined in our separate SLA document.
Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in service suspension or termination.
Servera's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
