Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Servera does not guarantee refunds, but we aim to handle refund requests fairly and in good faith based on the specific case.

2. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method used for the order.

The refunded amount is reduced by payment processor fees (typically 3.25% + €0.25) and by any additional costs we incurred while servicing your order (for example KYC or phone verification costs).

If the refund is issued due to our fault, we will cover related fees and costs.

3. Minimum Amount

We do not review refund requests if the requested gross refund amount is less than €5 before fees, except in cases where the refund is issued due to our fault.

4. Long-Term Services

If you purchased a long-term service (6+ months) and request cancellation more than 7 days after payment, we may require compensation of up to 50% of the full service price for the paid period.

5. No Refund Cases

Refunds are not available in case of Terms of Service violations.
