Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 23, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules governing the use of Servera hosting services provided by North Park OÜ. All customers must comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious software
  • Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning against third parties
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Hosting phishing websites or fraudulent content
  • Distribution of child exploitation material
  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
  • Installing, running, or attempting to run Microsoft Windows on Linux VPS plans
  • Running open proxies or relays without proper controls
  • Running TOR exit nodes or any similar anonymizing network exit nodes
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

3. Resource Usage

Customers may not use more than 50% CPU on a sustained basis on shared VPS plans. If this limit is exceeded, you may be required to switch to a dedicated vCPU plan (2x price). If you refuse to switch, your service may be suspended or terminated.

4. Outbound Port 25

To reduce unsolicited email and abuse from our infrastructure, outbound port 25 is blocked by default for all services.

You may request port 25 unblocking via support. For approval, we may require a justification of the need for this, a €25 deposit for each unlocked IPv4 address, and/or identity verification (including data confirmation and KYC).

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, service suspension, or immediate termination depending on severity. We reserve the right to suspend services without prior notice in cases of severe abuse that threatens our infrastructure or other customers.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse, contact us at support@servera.sh with details of the incident.
